Custom and Standard Tanks for CIP Systems – Sani Matic

Description

Tanks Designed for Your Process

Sani-Matic has manufactured durable tanks for the food and beverage industries for decades. Our tanks can be designed and manufactured to meet industry standards upon request.

All Sani-Matic tanks, from 75 gallons up to 2,500 gallons, are manufactured in Madison, WI, allowing quick turnaround times for high-quality tanks. Available tanks include CIP, Process, Holding, Surge, Mixing, Vertical, Square, Atmospheric and 3-A. With a variety of standard and custom features, Sani-Matic tanks and vessels can be specified to meet your needs.

As our standard, all welds are color cleaned with bottom welds bead blasted, but finishes to customer specifications are available. The standard tank tops are panned and radiused with a hinged removable manway cover and the bottoms are panned, radiused and pitched. Each tank has legs that are streamlined, crevice-free, made with heavy-duty tubular or pipe stainless steel and can be made adjustable.
